Return and Right of Withdrawal
Every product ordered on thefirmshop.com and in store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges are free while return shipping for returns is at the expense of the person requesting the return.
To make a return you need to:
Check the product conditions
Make sure the products are in the same condition as they were received, including labels. For shoes, the original box must also be returned. Washed, stained or worn products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will be contacted by our Team within 24 hours who will provide you with all the necessary instructions to proceed with the request.
